Attending a matchmaking event offers a convenient and efficient method to connect with potential partners for collaboration.

Time runs fast, but are crucial for building initial connections as it provides a targeted way to meet potential collaboration partners, allowing participants to quickly evaluate each other's interests and expertise, and identify common goals and synergies. So take the opportunity to boost your networking.

1. Register for the event

   Register via the Register button and receive access to the event and app.

2. Create your profile

   Create a concise profile to showcase who you are and the organization you represent to raise your visibility on the b2match platform (app). As a pitching company, you will have an organization page where you fill in the pitch and relevant information. As an investor or guest, you can fill in the organizational info in your profile if you wish.

3. Browse profiles of attendees

   Go to the participants list to find out who you could meet at the event and who is offering interesting and promising business opportunities.

4. Send and receive meeting requests and messages

   Browse participant profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet during the event. Send out messages to interesting participants to introduce yourself and initiate conversations even before the event to establish stronger connections.

5. My schedule and meetings

   Access your meetings in My Schedule or Meetings, where you have your complete schedule for the event, as well as the list of your booked meetings. If it is a virtual meeting, check your camera and microphone before joining, and don't be late!

1. Go to your Dashboard

2. Scroll down to Book meetings

3. Click on My availability

4. Click on the toggle button at the top of the page next to Avalable for meetings?
