We have developed a wood fiber-based foam material as an eco-friendly alternative to fossil-based foams for cushioning and protective packaging applications. This versatile material is also ideal for applications like insulation, acoustics, furniture, and more. Our patented production process enables cost-effective manufacturing, making it a competitive and attractive bio-based solution. Our wood fiber foam replaces conventional fossil-based foams like polyethylene (PE) and expanded polystyrene (EPS), known as styrofoam. We support the transition to eco-friendly materials in response to legislative changes limiting or banning these conventional materials.
